7. דין עבודה במוסד חינוך מעורב
בחישוב תקופת עבודה מוכרת של מורה במוסד חינוך מעורב יובאו בחשבון רק שעות העבודה במוסד הלימוד שבאותו מוסד. הגיעו שעות עבודתו במוסד הלימוד בשנת לימודים פלונית ליותר ממחצית שעות העבודה שהיו מקובלות באותה תקופה לגבי מורים במוסדות לימוד והוא עסק בשאר שעות עבודתו כמורה בכיתות התיכוניות, יובאו בחשבון לגבי אותה שנת לימודים כל שעות עבודתו באותו מוסד חינוך מעורב, אם היה החישוב לטובת המורה.
