1. הצהרת אמונים במינוי קיים
מי שרואים אותו כאילו נתמנה עובד המדינה לפי סעיף 50 לחוק חייב להצהיר הצהרה לפי סעיף 34 לחוק, לא יאוחר מאשר תוך ששה חדשים אחרי תחילת החוק, או במועד בו ניתן למצהיר כתב מינוי כאמור בסעיף 50 לחוק, הכל לפי התאריך המאוחר.
