13. התליית אישור מחמת מחלה
(א)מצא רופא וטרינרי מורשה שפר רביה חלה במחלה הפוסלת אותו זמנית לרביה, רשאי הוא לפסול את השימוש בפר לרביה לתקופה שהוא יקבע אך ללא יותר משלושה חדשים ולציין זאת בתעודה שניתנה לגבי הפר. הרופא הוטרינרי יודיע על כך למנהל המחלקה בכתב.
(ב)פר שנפסל כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) חייב בעליו להחזיקו בכל התקופה שקבע הרופא הוטרינרי המורשה באופן המונע מגע הפר עם פרות ועגלות.
