14. שחיטת פר רביה
(א)לא ישחט אדם פר רביה אלא –
(1)במקרה של שחיטת דחק – לפי היתר בכתב מאת רופא וטרינרי;
(2)בכל מקרה אחר – לפי היתר מאת מנהל המחלקה.
(ב)סירב מנהל המחלקה לתת היתר לפי תקנה זו, רשאי בעל הפר לערור בפני הועדה.
(ג)מנהל המחלקה יתן החלטה לפי תקנה זו תוך שלושה חדשים מתאריך הגשת הבקשה להיתר.
