2. מינוי ועדה
(א)שר החקלאות ימנה ועדה של שבעה חברים (להלן – הועדה), ובתוכם את היושב ראש שלה.
(ב)המנין החוקי בישיבות הועדה יהיה ארבעה חברים ובתוכם היושב ראש.
(ג)החלטות הועדה יתקבלו ברוב דעות, ובמקרה של דעות שקולות, יכריע היושב ראש.
(ד)הועדה תקבע לעצמה את סדרי דיוניה ועבודתה.
