Section 2 of תקנות ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי (הגבלת מעברים בין קופות חולים) (חרבות ברזל) (הוראת שעה), התשפ״ד–2023, הגבלת מעברים בין קופות החולים.
2. הגבלת מעברים בין קופות החולים
(א)בתקופת תוקפן של תקנות אלה, השיעור השנתי המרבי של חברים שקופת חולים רשאית לקלוט מקופת חולים אחרת יעמוד על 0 אחוז (להלן – ההגבלה).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), שקל נציב קבילות הציבור בקשה לביטול חברות בקופה ומעבר לקופה אחרת, המצביעה על קיומן של נסיבות מיוחדות, ומצא כי יש מקום לאשרה – לא יימנה מעבר זה במסגרת ההגבלה האמורה.
