1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”נסיבות מיוחדות“ – אחד מאלה:
(1)מצב שבו נדרש מעבר של מבוטח לקופת חולים שבה מבוטח בן זוגו, אם קיים צורך בביצוע טיפול רפואי כך ששני בני הזוג יהיו חברים באותה קופת חולים;
(2)צורך רפואי משמעותי או מיידי המצדיק את אישור המעבר;
”נציב קבילות הציבור“ – כמשמעותו בפרק ט׳ לחוק, או נציג מטעמו.
