6. ביקורת שיפוטית
על החלטה של רשות ציבורית או גורם מוסמך, לפי סעיפים 2(ג) או 4(ד), ניתן לעתור או לערער לערכאה המוסמכת לפי החוק שמכוחו ניתן האישור הרגולטורי או שבו מעוגנת הסמכות להטיל עיצום כספי או קנס אזרחי, לפי העניין.
