7. שמירת דינים
אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לגרוע –
(1)מסמכות הנתונה לרשות ציבורית לפי דין לשנות את תקופת תוקפו של אישור רגולטורי, לחדשו, לסרב לחדשו, להתלותו, לבטלו או לקבוע בו תנאים;
(2)מסמכות הנתונה לגורם מוסמך לפי דין לשנות מועד בהליך להטלת עיצום כספי או קנס אזרחי.
