5. הוראות מעבר
(א)נותן שירותי מטבע שנרשם לפני תחילתן של תקנות אלה ישלם אגרת רישום ואגרה בעד הענקת תעודות רישום לסניפים, כאמור בתקנות 1 ו־2, בהתאמה, בתוך חודשיים מיום תחילתן של תקנות אלה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנה 1, נותן שירותי מטבע שהוא בית מלון, שנרשם עד יום י״ט בטבת התשס״ה (31 בדצמבר 2004), ישלם מחצית אגרת הרישום הנקובה בתקנה 1; לענין זה, ”בית מלון“ – מלון רשום כהגדרתו בתקנות שירותי תיירות (בתי מלון), התשס״א–2001.
