14. ניתוק בשל ליקוי במיתקן גז או תחזוקתו
(א)ספק גז יודיע לצרכן גז, מוקדם ככל האפשר, על ניתוק מיתקן גז מהספקת גז הנדרש לצורך תיקון ליקוי במיתקן או תחזוקתו, ובכלל זה בדיקתו; ואולם ספק הגז רשאי לנתק את המיתקן אף בלי לתת הודעה כאמור, אם הניתוק נדרש לצורך מניעת סכנה ממשית ומיידית לאדם או לרכוש.
(ב)ספק גז יחדש את הספקת הגז למיתקן גז שנותק לפי תקנה זו בהקדם האפשרי לאחר תיקון הליקוי במיתקן או תחזוקתו.
