16. הוראת מעבר
יראו תשלומים ששולמו לפני יום תחילתו של חוק זה לבן משפחה של חטוף או נעדר לפי הסכם בדבר מתן הטבות סוציאליות למשפחות החטופים והנעדרים לפי חוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995, מכוח סעיף 9 לחוק האמור או לפי החלטת הממשלה מס׳ 982, מיום ז׳ בחשוון התשפ״ד (22 באוקטובר 2023), כאילו שולמו על חשבון הזכויות המגיעות לבן משפחה כאמור לפי חוק זה.
