68. כללים לקביעת המועד להגשת הצעה
מעטפת הצעה שנמסרה למשלוח בדואר יראו אותה כאילו נתקבלה בידי הועד במועד מסירתה כאמור וחותמת הדואר תשמש ראיה לכך.
