69. פתיחת תיבת ההצעות
(א)לא יאוחר מ־7 ימים לאחר תום המועד להגשת הצעות תיפתח תיבת ההצעות בידי האנשים שבידיהם המפתחות לתיבה.
(ב)יושב ראש הועד יודיע לחברי הועד בכתב על המקום והמועד לפתיחת תיבת ההצעות לענין מכרז פלוני.
