70. רישום ההצעות
משנפתחה תיבת ההצעות, יוצאו ממנה ההצעות וכל מעטפה תסומן במספר סידורי; מספרן הכולל של המעטפות יירשם בפרוטוקול; לאחר מכן תיפתח כל מעטפה ויושב ראש הועד יסמן בראשי תיבות כל גליון שהוצא מכל מעטפה; שמות בעלי ההצעות, הסכום הכולל של כל הצעה ומספר הגליונות שהוצאו מכל מעטפת הצעה יירשמו בפרוטוקול.
