בתוקף סמכותי לפי הסעיפים 20(ג) ו־39 לחוק נכסי נפקדים, תש״י–1950, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. קביעת סוגי מקרקעים
מקרקעים מוקנים הנמצאים באזור עיריה, או בתחום שיפוטה של מועצה מקומית, רשאי האפוטרופוס לדחות לגביהם את סילוקם של מסים, ארנונות או תשלומי חובה אחרים כיוצא באלה, כולם או מקצתם, לתקופה שיקבע האפוטרופוס, באישור שר האוצר, בכל מקרה ומקרה ובתנאים שיקבע כאמור.
2. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות נכסי נפקדים (קביעת סוגי מקרקעים מוקנים), תשי״ב–1952“.
