תיקון: תשמ״ה־2
נגיד בנק ישראל רשאי לקבוע כי הוראות תקנה 2 וסימן ג׳ לפרק זה יחולו לגבי עובדי בנק ישראל כאילו הוא גוף ציבורי; לענין תקנה 2(ג) דין קביעה כאמור כדין פעולה לפי תקנות אלה; לענין זה מזכיר הבנק ייראה כמנהל כללי ונגיד בנק ישראל ייראה כרשות מוסמכת.
