תיקון: תשמ״ה־2
מנהל לשכת נשיא המדינה, יושב ראש הכנסת ומבקר המדינה רשאים לקבוע כי הוראות תקנה 2 וסימן ג׳ לפרק זה יחולו לגבי עובדי לשכת נשיא המדינה, הכנסת ומשרד מבקר המדינה, לפי הענין, בשינויים שיקבעו; לענין תקנה 2(ג), דין קביעה כאמור כדין פעולה לפי תקנות אלה.
