4. שיעורי הענקה
תיקון: תשל״ב, תשל״ד, תשל״ד־2, תשל״ה, תשל״ה־2, תשל״ה־3, תשמ״ג, תשמ״ד
(א)שיעורי ההענקה לילד (להלן – בר־הענקה), יהיו כלהלן:

| 4. בעד כל ילד נוסף | 21⁄4 |
(ב)משתלמת הענקה בעד ארבעה ילדים או יותר, יוגדל שיעור ההענקה בעד הילד השלישי הקבוע בתקנת משנה (א) ב־1⁄2 נקודת קיצבה.
(ג)לענין תקנה זו, ”נקודת קיצבה“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 33א לפקודת מס הכנסה.
