1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מוסר צו“ – פקח המוסר צו לתופס מקרקעין;
”צו“ – צו לסילוק יד ולפינוי מקרקעין כאמור בסעיף 4(א) לחוק, הערוך לפי הטופס שבתוספת;
”תופס מקרקעין“ – תופס מקרקעי ציבור שלא כדין.
