Section 2 of תקנות מקרקעי ציבור (פינוי קרקע) (טופס צו ומסירתו), התשס״ה–2005, מסירת צו.
2. מסירת צו
(א)צו לתופס מקרקעין יימסר בידי מוסר צו במקרקעין.
(ב)לא נמצא תופס המקרקעין במקרקעין, רשאי מוסר הצו למסור את הצו לאחד מבני משפחתו של תופס המקרקעין או לאדם אחר, ובלבד ושלפי מראית עין מלאו לו שמונה עשרה שנים.
(ג)היו המקרקעין נעולים או שלא היה ניתן למסור את הצו כאמור, ידביק מוסר הצו את הצו בכניסה למקרקעין או יקבע אותו בהם, במקום בולט לעין.
(ד)מוסר הצו יערוך דין וחשבון על פעולתו לפי תקנה זו, ויגיש אותו לממונה.
