בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיפים 8 ו־63(ב) לחוק בינוי ופינוי של אזורי שיקום, תשכ״ה–1965, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. תקופת הסתייגות
התקופה שבה רשאי חבר ועדה להסתייג מהחלטה של הועדה שנתקבלה בניגוד לדעתו ולבקש מהרשות עיון שנית בהחלטה כאמור בסעיף 8(ב) לחוק תהיה 15 יום מהיום בו נתקבלה ההחלטה על־ידי הועדה.
2. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות בינוי ופינוי של אזורי שיקום (תקופת הסתייגות מהחלטת ועדה), תשכ״ז–1966“.
