4. המצאה לרשות מקומית
היה המחזיק רשות מקומית, תומצא דרישת הפינוי בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה לראש הרשות, לסגן ראש הרשות שאליו הועברו סמכויות ראש הרשות, למזכיר של הרשות או לפקיד אחר הממלא אותה שעה את תפקידיה של הרשות.
