5. המצאה לפסול דין
היה המחזיק קטין או פסול דין אחר, תומצא דרישת המינוי [צ״ל: דרישת הפינוי] בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה לאחד מהוריו או לאפוטרופסו, ובאין לו הורים או אפוטרופוס – למי שהקטין או פסול הדין גר עמו או נתון להשגחתו.
