1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בנין חד־קומתי“ – בנין חד־דירתי או בנין שכל הדירות שבו נמצאות בקומה אחת הנמצאת על מפלס אחד;
”בנין רב־קומות“ – בנין שאינו חד־קומתי;
”שטח“ – שטח ברוטו כולל קירות חוץ, קירות פנים, מרפסות וחלק יחסי מתאים של חדר המדרגות לפי יחס שטח הרצפה של הדיור החלוף לשטח הרצפה של כל הדירות בבנין שבו הוא נמצא; אולם לצרכי חישוב השטח האמור לא יובא בחשבון העובי של קירות חוץ העולה על 20 ס״מ.
