2. סוג הדיור החלוף
דיור חלוף שיוצע למחזיק הגר במקרקעין יכול שיהיה בבנין חד־קומתי ויכול שיהיה בבנין רב־קומות, בבנין חדש או בבנין שאינו חדש, כפי שהרשות תקבע.
