1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”אתר“ – מיקום זמני למבנים יבילים בשטחו של בית חולים מזור בעכו, כפי שמסומן על גבי התשריט שבתוספת, החתום בידי ביום ח׳ בחשוון התשפ״ג (2 בנובמבר 2022);
”חומר מסוכן“ – כהגדרתו בחוק החומרים המסוכנים, התשנ״ג–1993;
”מבנה יביל זמני“ – מבנה ארעי המיועד לצורך שימוש לוגיסטי;
”מהנדס הוועדה המקומית“ – מהנדס הוועדה המקומית עכו.
