2. תחולת תקנות רישוי בנייה
על תוכנית לרישוי מהיר לפי סעיפים 70ב ו־70ד לחוק ועל הליך רישוי בנייה לפיה יחולו הוראות תקנות אלה, ותקנות 4 עד 6, 9(ג), 18, 50 עד 51, 56 עד 58, 60 עד 66, 69 עד 101 ו־112 עד 119 לתקנות רישוי בנייה, ויראו כאילו בכל מקום, במקום ”מידע להיתר“ ייקרא ”מידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר“.
