3. הליכים דיגיטליים
(א)כל בקשה, פנייה, תשובה והחלטה לפי תקנות אלה תוגש או תימסר באופן דיגיטלי.
(ב)נוסף על האמור בתקנת משנה (א), על בקשה לקבלת מידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר ומסירת מידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר לפי חלק ב׳, יחול סימן ב׳ בחלק א׳ בתקנות רישוי בנייה.
