24. העברת בקשה להיתר הכוללת שיטת בנייה חדשה למשרד הבינוי והשיכון
(א)כללה הבקשה שיטת בנייה חדשה, יעביר המהנדס את הבקשה ואת המסמכים כאמור בתקנה 20(א)(10) למשרד הבינוי והשיכון.
(ב)משרד הבינוי והשיכון יודיע למהנדס ולגוף המוסמך, בתוך חמישה ימים, אם המכסה של הבקשה מלאה ואין לאפשר שימוש בה בהיתר הבנייה.
