39י. הכרעה בהתנגדות בעל זכות במקרקעין
(א)הגיש בעל זכות במקרקעין כאמור בתקנה 39ו התנגדות, תבחן רשות הרישוי את ההתנגדות ותכריע בה בתוך תקופת הבקרה המרחבית.
(ב)הכריעה רשות הרישוי בהתנגדות שהוגשה, תשלח למבקש הבקשה להיתר, לעורך הבקשה ולמגיש ההתנגדות החלטה מנומקת בתוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים ממועד קליטת הבקשה.
