5. פרטי הבקשה למידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר
בקשה לקבלת מידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר תיערך בידי עורך תוכנית לרישוי מהיר ותכלול נתונים אלה:
(1)כתובתם ופרטי זיהוים של המקרקעין שלגביהם מבוקש המידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר;
(2)פרטי עורך התוכנית לרישוי מהיר;
