4. הגשת בקשה לקבלת מידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר
הרוצה להגיש תוכנית לרישוי מהיר, ימציא למהנדס בקשה לקבלת מידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר ויציין בבקשתו אם המידע מבוקש לעניין תוכנית לרישוי מהיר לפי סעיף 70ב או 70ד לחוק.
