13. דחיית מועד לקבלת החלטה על פירוק לשם פטור מאגרה
על אף האמור בתקנות לעניין אגרות לפי סעיפים 44(6) ו־345כז לחוק החברות, המועד האחרון לקבלת החלטה מיוחדת על פירוק מרצון לפי סעיף 319 לפקודת החברות [נוסח חדש], התשמ״ג–1983, או לפי סעיף 342כד לחוק החברות, בידי חברה שהפסיקה את פעילותה, לשם קבלת פטור מתשלום אגרה שנתית או עיצום כספי שהוטל בשל אי־תשלומה, יידחה בתקופת הדחייה כאמור בסעיף 3.
