14. הארכת תקופות ודחיית מועדים לעניין שותפות מוגבלת ציבורית
סעיפים 9 עד 12 יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, על שותפות מוגבלת ציבורית כהגדרתה בסעיף 65א(א) לפקודת השותפויות, לעניין המועד האחרון לכינוס אסיפה שנתית, תקופת כהונה של דירקטור חיצוני, או תקופה שנקבעה בהחלטה או תוקפו של אישור, לפי סעיפים 65כח(א), 65ט, 65ז, 65מה(ד), 65נא(ה)(1) או (2), או 65נג(ב) לפקודת השותפויות, לפי העניין.
