6. השבת המצב לקדמותו
הושבתה יכולתו של בעל חומר מחשב לגשת למידע חזותי המופק ממצלמה נייחת, בשל חדירה לחומר מחשב ופעולה בו שבוצעו לפי סעיף 4, יורה הקצין המוסמך לחייל מוסמך או יורה המנהל המוסמך לעובד שירות מוסמך, לפי העניין, להשיב את המצב לקדמותו, ככל שהדבר אפשרי, והכול בתוך פרק זמן סביר מתום הנסיבות שהצריכו את ביצוע החדירה והפעולה.
