7. תיעוד
(א)הקצין המוסמך יתעד בכתב את ההחלטה על אישור רשימת מחשבים ואת רשימת החיילים המוסמכים, כאמור בסעיף 2.
(ב)המנהל המוסמך יתעד בכתב את ההחלטה על אישור רשימת מחשבים ואת רשימת עובדי השירות המוסמכים ואת רשימת החיילים המוסמכים, כאמור בסעיף 3.
(ג)חייל מוסמך או עובד שירות מוסמך יתעד בכתב ביצוע חדירה לחומר מחשב ופעולה בו, כאמור בסעיפים 4 ו־6.
