14. שיקולי תום לב והגינות
החברה תדון ותכריע בבקשות להשבה וכן תפעל ליישום הוראות החוק, הוראות אלה וכל הנחיות ונהלים שיוצאו מכוחם, בתום לב ובמטרה להגיע לתוצאה ההוגנת והיעילה ביותר האפשרית בנסיבות העניין.
