15. עיון חוזר
החברה תהיה רשאית לחזור ולעיין בהחלטה שנתנה בהתקיים אחד מאלו:
(1)ההחלטה נתקבלה תוך הסתמכות על ראיה מהותית שהתבררה כשגויה או מזויפת;
(2)נוספו ראיות חדשות אשר לו היו בפני החברה במועד ההחלטה היו עשויות לשנות את ההחלטה.
