4. מיון בקשות להשבה
(א)בקשה להשבת נכס שפורסם על ידי החברה תועבר לטיפול אגף ההשבה.
(ב)בקשה להשבת נכס שלא פורסם כאמור, ולא עומד בפני פרסום, תופנה לאגף האיתור.
(ג)בקשה להשבת נכס שאינו עונה להגדרת נכס של נספה השואה לא תטופל על ידי החברה והודעה על כך תימסר למבקש.
