5. תנאי סף לבדיקת זכאות מבקש לקבלת נכס
החברה תבדוק את זכאותו של מבקש לקבלת נכס בהתקיים אחד משני התנאים האלה:
(1)הנכס נמצא בשליטת החברה;
(2)הנכס הוא נכס של נספה שואה הצפוי בוודאות לעבור לשליטת החברה.
