7. ראיות ומידע
(א)לצורך דיון בבקשה להשבה לא תהיה החברה כבולה בדיני הראיות ותוכל להסתמך על כל אמצעי או ראיה שתמצא לנכון, לרבות ראיות שימציא המבקש עצמו, על פי קריטריונים שתקבע החברה.
(ב)החברה תהיה רשאית לדרוש מהמבקש מידע נוסף, לרבות תצהיר ערוך כדין התומך בבקשתו; כמו כן תהיה החברה רשאית לדרוש מהמבקש להגיע למשרדי החברה כדי לברר את בקשתו.
