ניתן צו כאמור בתקנה 1 לפני תחילתן של תקנות אלה, יפוג תקפו ביום כ״א באדר א׳ תשי״ט (1 במרס 1959), אם לא נקבע לכך באותו צו תאריך מאוחר מזה או אם לא הוארך תקפו של הצו עד לתאריך מאוחר מזה.
