17. עונשין
אי־קיום סעיף מסעיפים 2, 5(א), 6(ב), 7(ב), ו־9 עד 13 לכללים אלה מהווה עבירה ודין העבריין קנס של 5,000 שקלים או מאסר של שלושה חדשים, או שני הענשים כאחד.
