7. ציון המשיב
(א)מקום שהמערער הוא החולה, קרובו או האפוטרופוס על גופו (להלן – התובע), יצויין היועץ המשפטי לממשלה בכתב הערעור כמשיב.
(ב)מקום שהמערער הוא היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, או בא כוחו, יצויין התובע בכתב הערעור כמשיב.
