8. מסירת העתק
(א)העתק מכתב הערעור, בציון יום הגשתו, יוחזר על ידי משרד הרישום למגיש הערעור.
(ב)העתק אחד מכתב הערעור עם המצורף אליו יימסר לפרקליט המחוז שבתחומו נמצא אזור שיפוטה של הועדה שנתנה את ההחלטה – אם המערער הוא התובע, ואם המערער הוא היועץ המשפטי לממשלה – יימסר העתק לתובע.
