2. עיון נציג הרשם בבקשת היחיד לצו לפתיחת הליכים ובמידע נוסף וזימון ישיבה
הורה רשם חדלות פירעון על זימון ישיבה, רשאי נציג הרשם, נוסף על העיון במסמכים שצירף היחיד לבקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים כאמור בסעיף 191(ד) לחוק, לעיין גם במידע נוסף אם התקבל לפי סעיף 190 לחוק, וישלח הזמנה לישיבה לפי כללים אלה.
