3. הזמנה לישיבה
(א)הזמנה לישיבה תיערך לפי טופס א׳ שבתוספת ותישלח לצדדים.
(ב)בהזמנה יצוינו מועד הישיבה והמקום שבו תתקיים הישיבה.
(ג)בהזמנה לישיבה שתישלח ליחיד יתבקש היחיד להעביר אל נציג הרשם, בכתב, עד שבעה ימים לפני מועד הישיבה, הצעה להסדר תשלומים שתהווה מצע לדיון בישיבה.
