1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הועדה“ – ועדת ערר שמונתה לפי סעיף 14(א) לחוק;
”יושב ראש“ – יושב ראש הועדה;
”המרכז“ – מי שהשר מינהו לכהן כמרכז הועדה;
”ערר“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 13 לחוק;
”תצהיר“ – כמשמעותו בתקנה 1 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, תשכ״ג–1963, לרבות חוות דעת של מומחה ותעודת עובד ציבור.
