1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בית חולים“, ”בית לאסיפות“ ו”בית לעצרות עם“ – כמשמעותם בחלק ח׳ שבתוספת השניה לתקנות התכנון והבניה (בקשה להיתר, תנאיו ואגרות), התש״ל–1970 (להלן – תקנות בקשה להיתר);
”בנין ציבורי“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 158ב לחוק;
”בקשה להיתר“ – בקשה לקבלת היתר לפי פרק ה׳ לחוק;
”ועדה“ – ”ועדה מקומית“ כהגדרתה בתקנות בקשה להיתר;
”מנגנון פיקוד שבת“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 158א(א1)(3) לחוק.
